Molino Spoletini: an ancient mill that still works with water and stone !

Many new producers arriving this week today we present Molino Spoletini Samuele: a small artisan mill that still works with water and stone. From its wholemeal flours a really good pasta is born, which smells of wheat and ancient flavors .

Samuele Spoletini works wheat at km0, wheat that he produces directly in his fields, in an ancient water mill dating back to 1500, we are talking about a process of other times, a slow NATURAL STONE grinding that preserves all the organoleptic qualities of the cereal.

Wheat or spelled flours, polenta and wholemeal pasta in the name of healthy, natural and tasty food produced with love and passion by those who, like him, have been doing this work for several generations.
